Common Issues
Identifying the Lock Programming Status
To determine whether a lock has been properly programmed, first determine if the lock is at factory default.
You can confirm if the locks are in factory default by pressing + .
If the lock locks/unlocks, then it is at factory default and needs to be programmed.
Identifying the Lock Use Mode
If you are not sure if a lock is in Shared or Assigned Use Mode, simply press 
If the LED flashes red, the lock is Shared Use Mode.
If the LED flashes green, the lock is in Assigned Use Mode.
What is Sleep Mode?
After a wrong code is entered more than 3 times, LED will flash several times and the lock will go to sleep mode for 2 minutes before being active again.
During sleep mode, the buttons will be non-responsive if pressed.
The Black Manager Key is able to wake the lock up from sleep mode and open it.
Lock Only Works with Code: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4
When operating the lock, the lock only works when the following code is inputted: This indicates that it is an internal lock issue.
Please submit a request in order to remediate this issue.
Lock Does Not Operate With Manager Key
If the lock does not lock/unlock when the Black Manager Key is used and only emits a single beep, then the key was never programmed to the lock or it was programmed incorrectly.
To resolve this issue, re-program the locks by using the Black Manager Key and Yellow Programming Key. Note: The first 3 steps in the programming process should be done fairly quickly. If they are done too slow, setup may not work.

No Audible Feedback When Manager Key Used
If the lock does not emit a two-tone beep and the LED does not flash when the Black
Manager Key is used, then there is an issue with the key.
First, confirm that you are inserting the Black Manager Key correctly with the silver
plated side of the key facing the knob of the lock -- see diagram to right.
If the key is being inserted into the lock correctly, the Black Manager Key may be dead. Please replace the batteries and proceed with using the key.
